Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards
• Sale items
• Items marked as "final sale"
• Products that have been opened or used

How to Return an Item:

• Receive a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
• Ship Your Return: Package the item securely and send it to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
• Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

Refunds:
